I am now the editor of the Norwegian Textile Letter, a quarterly newsletter published since 1994. The November, 2013, issue marks the beginning of Volume 20. I accepted the editorship with the caveat that it move to a digital format, so more time can be spent developing and publishing great content, and less time on printing and mailing. It seemed like the right time to make the switch.
The November issue is up (and it is still November – yay). Thank goodness – I’ve had many emails from loyal subscribers who are looking forward to it. Creating the website was enormously fun, but also very time-consuming. And there are many more cool features that could be developed! For now, constructing the basic site and publishing the first issue were key. All of this has led to the empty-for-weeks loom below.
