The Philadelphia Guild of Handweavers is offering my workshop, Frida Hansen’s Open Warp Transparent Tapestry Technique, on May 9-12, 2024. We are waiting to see whether there will be enough enrollment. Unfortunately, the Guild schedule meant that the only free weekend is over Mother’s Day. I hoped to have my latest transparency done before the March workshop. With travel and Norwegian Textile Letter work, I doubt that will happen! But I have begun weaving the largest section of oak leaves and birds. It’s hard to stay away from the loom.
